Heading our kitchen is the talented Mingma Sherpa, an extraordinary Nepali chef renowned for his culinary prowess. Whether crafting fresh Mongolian dumplings or preparing authentic Italian pasta dishes, Mingma’s culinary creations never fail to impress.

In the evenings, guests can savour candlelit dinners complemented by a selection of fine house wines. Prior to dinner, guests are often treated to enchanting piano concerts, adding a touch of elegance to the dining experience. Occasionally, we also host travelling artists from the region, inviting them to share their talents during the camp’s evening gatherings, ensuring memorable moments for all our guests.
