Chef John Courtis is a culinary virtuoso with an extraordinary journey. Having obtained his diploma in England, Chef John refined his expertise in various renowned establishments before venturing to the south of France. He honed his craft at two consecutive Michelin-starred restaurants, solidifying his reputation for culinary excellence. In 2015, Chef John embarked on his venture, establishing “Chez John” and swiftly earning the prestigious Bib Gourmand recognition.

At the helm of our culinary experience, Chef John masterfully blends passion, skill, and innovation to create unforgettable dining moments.

Our restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch from Thursday to Saturday.
