2026 in Madrid

Formula 1 Arrives in the Spanish Capital. From 11 to 13 September 2026, Madrid will welcome Formula 1 for the Spanish Grand Prix at MADRING, the city’s new circuit beside IFEMA Madrid.

Marking Formula 1’s return to the capital after more than four decades, the event will bring three days of practice, qualifying and racing to Madrid, alongside a celebratory atmosphere across the city.

The new 5.4-kilometre circuit combines permanent track sections with public roads around IFEMA Madrid. Its 22-turn layout includes fast straights, technical corners and the distinctive banked curve known as La Monumental.

Located near Madrid-Barajas Airport and connected to the city by public transport, MADRING offers convenient access from central Madrid. Guests should allow additional travel time during the race weekend and check official transport information before departure.
