Before You Book

We will verify the rate, and if it qualifies, you may complete your booking directly with us at the matched price, plus an additional discount. No need to gamble with third-party sites. Let us meet you with clarity before the transaction is even made.
After You Book
If you have already secured your stay on www.pavilionshotels.com and within 48 hours of booking discover a lower rate for the same stay, you may submit a claim of booking and at least 72 hours prior to arrival. We will assess your submission and, if verified, revise your booking accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for our Best Rate Guarantee, the competing rate must:
- Be publicly available and instantly bookable online
- Apply to the same hotel, dates, room type, number of guests, and board basis
- Include all taxes, service charges, and fees
- Be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival
We will not consider:
- Rates from opaque sites or platforms where the hotel name is hidden
- Package deals including airfare, transport, or bundled services
- Group, corporate, or negotiated rates
- Member-only offers, reward point redemptions, or voucher-based discounts
- Rates that are not visible or bookable in real time
