Currency Conversion
Alternative currency displays are estimates only and do not reflect the exact amount your card will be charged.

Currency conversion rates are based on various publicly available sources and are provided as guidelines only. Rates are not verified for accuracy, and actual exchange rates may vary. Currency quotes are updated daily.

The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any currency conversion.

II. Online Payment
Payment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• For “Book Now, Pay Later” rates, payment must be settled three (3) days prior to arrival, or by the latest cancellation date if a different cancellation policy applies. You will receive an email containing a secure payment link.
• For “Pay Now” rates, your credit card information will be processed and debited on a trusted financial institution’s secure server. We do not store, on our servers, any part of your financial information, including but not limited to the cardholder’s name, card number, or expiry date. You will receive an email containing a secure payment link at the time of booking.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that remains valid for the entire duration of the stay.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or where a booking has resulted from a mistake or error. The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Booking cancellation policies and applicable penalty charges vary and are stated individually for each offer, rate, promotion, and package on the website.
• No-shows or failure to cancel: The full amount of the total stay will be charged.
• Shortened stays or early check-outs: The full amount of the total stay will be charged.
• For online bookings and payments, all room rates displayed in any currency will be converted into the local currency of the destination (except for the Himalayas, where rates will be converted into US Dollars) at the hotel’s fixed rate prior to settlement.
