In a recent trip to Rome, I had a chance to experience some great local food at the new First Musica Hotel. The hotel is part of the Pavilions Hotels & Resorts group and has a divine location on the Prati side of the Tiber River.

Set amid a lush tropical garden and decorated in a traditional Balinese style, our huge 180m2 Honeymoon Pool Villa even had our name on a personalised wooden plaque above the entrance. With high walls, carefully landscaped vines, and a butler service, it felt like our own secret retreat.
