House Granola Recipe

This unassuming granola is one of the most favourite items on the breakfast menu! This recipe will make a lot of granola, perfect for sharing with your friends and family.

Ingredients:

  • Oats                                  1 kg
  • Sunflower seeds             250 g
  • Pumpkin seeds               250 g
  • Cashew nuts                    250 g
  • Salt                                    1-2 pinch
  • Cinnamon                         1-2 pinch
  • Clarified butter                3 tablespoons
  • Wild flower Honey          1 cup

Method:

In a small sauce pan heat butter and honey. Cook until light medium brown colour.

Mix all ingredients add honey mix.

Spread mix in a tray.

Cook at 125 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.

Store in air tight container.

Serve with yoghurt and fruit.
