House Granola Recipe

This unassuming granola is one of the most favourite items on the breakfast menu! This recipe will make a lot of granola, perfect for sharing with your friends and family.
- Oats 1 kg
- Sunflower seeds 250 g
- Pumpkin seeds 250 g
- Cashew nuts 250 g
- Salt 1-2 pinch
- Cinnamon 1-2 pinch
- Clarified butter 3 tablespoons
- Wild flower Honey 1 cup
In a small sauce pan heat butter and honey. Cook until light medium brown colour.
Mix all ingredients add honey mix.
Spread mix in a tray.
Cook at 125 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
Store in air tight container.
Serve with yoghurt and fruit.
