Our menu exclusively features fresh produce grown in The Pavilions Phuket Gardens, or by local farmers, fishermen, and food artisans from all regions of Thailand. We’ve cultivated ongoing relationships with all our suppliers to bring you the freshest seasonal produce all year round while supporting sustainability within our community.
