Ngurah Rai International Airport is located ca. 40 minutes driving time from The Pavilions Bali. We recommend that you leave the resort two hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and three hours prior when traveling to international destinations. Our Guest Service team would be pleased to arrange for a private hotel transfer to the airport.
ATM & CURRENCY EXCHANGE
ATM accepting international cards are available throughout Sanur, to exchange foreign currency we recommend you only use Authorized Money Changers, our Guest Service team will be pleased to point out the closest facility.

Sindhu Beach, with its calm blue waters, white sand beach and over 7 km of boardwalk, is just a mere few minutes away by foot. We have secured a nice spot, with sun loungers and umbrellas reserved exclusively for our guests.
A beach shuttle service is available daily from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, bookings can be made with our Guest Service team or through the “Butler Service” section on the webapp.
Beach towels are available in your villa or at the Pool Bar, we also provide you with a traditional straw bag for use during your stay with us.
Our Boutique carries a handpicked selection of arts & crafts, apparel and souvenirs made by local artisans. You can also find our exclusive Pavilions amenity line and custom-made homeware displayed in our villas.
All furnishings provided in your villa are intended for use during your stay, any removed items will be added to your resort bill accordingly.
Our signature breakfast is served in the privacy of your villa by our Butler team between 7.00 am and 11.00 am daily. Please complete your breakfast form the evening prior before 11.00 pm and drop it with our Guest Service team. Kindly advise us a day in advance should you prefer a takeaway breakfast for an early morning departure or excursion.
CHECK OUT TIME
Our customary check out time is 12.00 noon. Should you wish to avail of your villa for a late check-out, please contact our Guest Service team through the “Butler Services” section in the webapp to confirm applicable charges and availability.

An environmentally friendly dispenser with complimentary mineral water is provided in your villa together with refillable glass bottles. Kindly note that tap water in Bali is not safe for drinking.
The electrical current in Bali is 220 volts. An international adaptor is provided in your villa, additional adapters can be requested from your Butler.
In case of an emergency, please contact Ext. 0 24h a day and follow the guidelines on the Emergency Evacuation Plan posted in your villa.

Located at the heart of the resort, next to our Kul Kul Tower – a traditional Balinese village landmark – and our Pool Bar, perfect for a daytime snack or refreshment.
Please adhere to the safety rules posted in the swimming pool area.
A curated selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages and Balinese snacks at affordable prices is available for your in-villa bar, as well as complimentary tea & coffee making facilities. Once set up the mini bar will be replenished daily and consumptions charged to your guest account. Please place request through the “Butler Service” section on the webapp.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
A safe deposit box is located in the wardrobe of your villa, we recommend that you keep all your valuables in the safe. The hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to your valuables.
Please exercise customary care when visiting the island and be mindful of your belongings. Keep your villa door locked and report any suspicious activity to our security team on duty 24 hours.
Smoking is strictly not permitted indoors, smoking inside your villa will incur in a mandatory deep cleaning fee of 5,000,000 IDR. We kindly ask you to smoke in your terrace area, where an ashtray is provided for your convenience.
