Sales Coordinator/Manager

The Pavilions Bali, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is hiring for a Sales Coordinator / Manager to meet the needs of its growing business.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting regular sales calls to build and strengthen relationships with existing partners
  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
  • Executing and supporting the operational aspects of contract writing and customer correspondence
  • Acting as a property representative, arranging site inspection and participation in local promotional events
  • Clear understanding of the property's sales and marketing strategy to follow through on relevant action plans
  • Liaising and collaborating closely with corporate Sales & Marketing team
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Superior interpersonal skills, impeccable organization and administration skills
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa (verbal and written)
  • Proven success in a similar role and resort environment
  • Ability to multitask and grow with changing work scope 
  • Would suit a seasoned Sales professional looking for a part time role
  •  Candidate must be based in Bali and have relevant hospitality sales experience.
